This short notice explains how Freaney Business Services (a trading name of Booking Flow AI Limited) handles personal information submitted through this website.

• What we collect. Your name, email, business name and message when you use the contact form or email us.
• Why. Only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in replying.
• Who sees it. Only me. Our website host (Netlify) and email provider (Zoho) process it on our behalf.
• How long. Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months.
• Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing sean@freaney.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
• Cookies. This site doesn't use tracking or analytics cookies.
